Legal Issues for College ADD Students
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 1975, students with ADD are eligible for legal recourse if they feel they have experienced classroom discrimination. These acts protect all students, regardless of their academic level.
