Supplemental
Application Questions
The purpose of the following questions is to help us get a sense for who you are and how you think about people. Please be succinct!
- What has been the
most meaningful training experience for you
thus far in your professional development?
- Leonardo da Vinci
developed a formula for the antithesis between
painting and sculpture. The formula, in
essence, is that in painting something is
added, whereas in sculpture something is taken
away. In your work as a psychotherapist and
supervisor are you a painter or a sculptor?
