Mindfulness Workshop

A type of meditation that essentially involves focusing on your mind on the present

  • Learn to become aware of your thoughts and actions in the present, without judging yourself

  • Find out how to incorporate mindfulness into daily activities 

  • Opportunity to practice shifting attention back to the present moment without judgment which can enhance wellbeing
